First Period Personal Reflection

A paragraph- Describe your progress or performance in the English class or how you felt during the first period ( 10-line paragraph). Write also about how you can improve or take a better advantage of the next part of the course.

During the first period of this class I felt some how strange because I had never used online platforms to upload homework and since there is this web page called Blackboard I had troubles uploading work and checking it daily. I really enjoyed meeting new people and having to work with them since most of the time I learn through people, I had problems remembering the homework but never the less my friends always reminded me. I really had problems with the quizzed because I never studied for a single one because I ended up forgetting about them, for the next evaluation I will study for the quizzes and take note of the homework to hand in, so that I remember when to do it. I felt really comfortable during this evaluation because our professor was quite tolerant to our noise and always kept the group in harmony, making it really pleasant to take the class with everyone inside the classroom.

About Me

My name is David Salvador Ruiz Roa and I am currently studying Digital Systems and Robotics Engineering, I was born in Mexico and have never left the continent. I have several hobbies but there are two that out stand the most; I love programming and learning by my own new ways of solving problems, in the other hand I also like solving the Rubik’s cube. Currently I don’t practice any sport but I go to the gym from Monday to Friday regardless of the kind of day, I’m interested on learning as much as possible trough reading and in general to live a good life without so much stress. I’m always looking forward to improve my skills through getting to know new people.
